- Trustees and staff of SCAPE Public Art and their immediate family are not eligible for the prize draw.
- Entries received after 11.59pm on 1 February 2026 will not be counted. Maximum one entry per person per day until then.
- Court Theatre premiere tickets are for The Importance of Being Earnest, valid from 21 Feb to 21 March 2026, and are not transferable. You are responsible for booking your seats for a performance date and time of your choice, subject to availability.
- Hotel Montreal vouchers are valid until December 2027. They may be used on any Patterson Hospitality products, which includes alcoholic drinks, for dining at Hotel Montreal or The Commodore. You are responsible for booking at a date and time of your choice, subject to availability. We recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.
- SCAPE Public Art will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If SCAPE is unable to make contact within five days, it reserves the right to draw a second winner, at which point the first winner’s claim to the prize will be null and void. If need be, SCAPE will repeat this process until a winner can be contacted.
- The prize draw will be conducted by SCAPE Public Art in the presence of two independent witnesses. The draw will be by number, not identifying details.
